Previously available for EDIUS 5 and 6 (as well as other non-linear editors), NewBlue’s GPU-accelerated plugins include tools for color grading and color correction, titling, transitions, and a vast array of other professional effects.

“We’re very happy to provide some of the first plugins available for EDIUS 6.5,” said NewBlue CEO Todor Fay. “The Grass Valley community is an extremely important part of our customer base and we wanted EDIUS users to have access to NewBlueFX no matter which version they use.”

NewBlue’s flagship titling software, Titler Pro, which makes titling fast and intuitive, and its new ColorFast product for both color grading and color correction are among the products available to EDIUS 6.5 users now.

NewBlue’s line of effects are now available for Apple Final Cut Pro 6, 7, and X; Adobe Premiere Pro CS4, CS5, CS6; Corel VideoStudio X5; Avid Media Composer & Symphony 5, 6; Grass Valley Edius 6, 6.5; Sony Vegas Pro 9, 10, 11; Sony Vegas Movie Studio 9, 10, 11.
