Kreative Kontent Announces Representation of Academy Award-Nominated Stephen "Spaz" Williams
Kreative Kontent, a South Florida-based content creation company, is pleased to announce their representation of award-winning Director Stephen "Spaz" Williams for commercial work in the U.S. market. Best known for his work in visual effects and storytelling, Williams is a graduate of the Disney animation program at Sheridan College, in Toronto.
Williams' fascination with applying computing technology to animation has afforded him the ability to create engaging characters while also understanding intricate computer processes. This passion helped him acquire the positions of chief animator on The Abyss, Terminator 2, and Jurassic Park and visual effects supervisor, second unit director and executive producer on the film Spawn.
Williams was nominated for an Academy Award for his contribution to The Mask, starring Jim Carrey and a then-unknown Cameron Diaz.
In the late 1990s, Williams turned his attention to directing TV commercials. He used his background in animation and visual effects to apply it to live action spots. Between 1997 and 2010, Williams directed more than 200 commercials for clients including Capital One, Toyota, AT&T, Lexus and McDonald's. His work has been selected for the prestigious Saatchi & Saatchi New Directors Showcase at Cannes 2002, and he has won multiple CLIO Awards for Electronic Arts and for the Blockbuster "Carl & Ray" campaign. The Blockbuster "Mouse Click" spot also was voted the #1 Super Bowl Commercial by Adweek for the 2008 Super Bowl.
At Kreative Kontent, Williams will be a featured director among the company's other notables such as Fro Rojas, Oscar Azula, Alejandro Nino, Luis Enrique and Federico Vidal.
"Collaborating with Kreative Kontent is a great opportunity for me," says Williams. "There are still many great ideas to be explored and I feel I have found the right place and people to do it with."

A blue sky sprawls between ridges frosted in deep evergreen, framing Alder Gulch much as when Native American tribes traversed this landscape 800 years ago. The town of Virginia City sprang up virtually overnight in the summer of 1863; within one year, it was the largest city in the Inland Northwest, with an estimated 10,000 residents. These days, few people continue seeking gold in Alder Gulch. But for filmmakers seeking ready-made Old West locations, the towns of Virginia City and Nevada City offer one more chance to strike it rich.
